An Apology to Michael Hyatt

Written by Randall Hartman

Dear Michael Hyatt,

This morning I received your email informing me that you were no longer posting comments on your blog. In checking your site I discovered that all of the comments from the past were gone.

I was upset. What I heard you say was that you no longer wanted me involved in the conversation. Yes, you would still be conversing with those on Facebook pages who had paid money for your two programs Platform and Goals. But that cut me out of the conversation.

And then, in my irritation, I posted a tweet about my feelings. In ten seconds you tweeted back inviting a conversation.

Shocked. Surprised. Busted. You made me stop and think.

Please accept my apology for acting like a spoiled child. You have provided me with free content that had tremendous value. For that I am grateful.

I respect your decision. The blog and intellectual material, of course belong to you, not me.

I wish you all the best in 2015.

Sincerely,

Randall Hartman
