Tom’s List is Now Available For Your Organization

Written by Randall Hartman

The phone rang and the voice on the other end asked, “Do you do speaking engagements about Tom’s List?” Before I knew it, I flew to Omaha and stood before 65 employees of the Paladino Development Group.

Tom, my college friend, read 2,000 non-fiction books and rounded up their best life lessons into 50 commandments to live by. I took those 50 truths and wrote Tom’s List: 50 Commandments to Transform Your Life. The book, published one year ago, has a five-star rating with more than 30 reviews on Amazon.

Two months ago Dave Paladino, President of the multimillion dollar business, the Paladino Development Group and The Landmark Group, contacted me. He loved the book and asked if I did workshops based on Tom’s List. As a result of that conversation, I held a four-hour workshop for his employees in Omaha. Based on the book sales and positive comments, I’m certain the truths from Tom’s List will make a difference in the lives of his employees and benefit his businesses.

By the way, Dave is not only a star entrepreneur, he also is a TV star. Several years ago he had a reality show which lasted two seasons called The Super. It’s the story of how he works with his tenants and manages his businesses. He’s got a really tough job. While watching the show I saw several employees which attended the Tom’s List Seminar.

Why should you care? The simple answer is that I’ve discovered Tom’s List is filled with helpful material which is adaptable to any group.

  • There are commandments which will inspire your employees to become more productive.
  • There are commandments which would help Baby Boomers transition into a productive retirement.
  • There are commandments which would assist pastors and those in ministry to become more effective.
  • I’m convinced there’s enough truth in Tom’s List which would improve the productivity of any group.

At the end of the four-hour presentation here’s what Dave Paladino said about our time together:

“When I first read Randy’s book. I thought to myself, ‘I love how this guy thinks.’ I contacted Randy and set up a time to come speak to my staff and he blew away our expectations. Randy is a very prolific speaker. He clearly communicated what Tom had learned from the books he had read.”

Let’s talk. I want to bring the inspiring wisdom of Tom’s List to your group. Fill out the easy contact form and I’ll respond within 24 hours.
